[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrongly charges charged | |||
Hello, I have a vodafone number. I have called customer care on 199 on 17th may 2018 for activation of sms pack of rs/- 149 in which they said i will get 3000 sms monthly as my sms usages was more i activated the sms pack. So after activating the pack i should not be charge for any sms i send after 17th may 2018. But i have been charged for the sms which i send after 17th may 2018 1rs per sms. I am ready to bear the charges for 4th may 2018 till 17th may 2018 but after activating the 3000 sms pack i shouldn't be charge why should i pay when i have pack active. So now when i called the customer care for asking why i have been charged they are saying you have been charge rightly because as per tri rule if you have already consumed or used 3000 sms you will be charge 1rs for per sms and even if you active any sms pack you will be charged. This both things they should have said me on 17th may 2018 when i called customer care for activation of the pack. It's they're work job to say all the information and rule to the customer. On 17th they said you can use all the 3000 sms benifite which you get in the pack. So i started messaging and so my unbilled amt was increasing day by day i also emailed the vodafone for the same but they said it's unbilled amt we dont have information for unbilled amt so wait till your bill date. So my bill got generated i got to know that i have been charged after activating sms pack also. Please help me with it I got a bill for 5530/- rs. It’s not my mistake the customer care should have said me about tri rules and should have given me all the information. Where will customers find the rule!? It's there job to explain all the rule and information before activating the pack. They didn't said me anything about tri rule and all which they are saying rightnow. I am ready to bear the charges for 4th may 2018 till 17th may 2018 but after 17th may i'm not because as per me the pack was activated and the employer said you can use the benifites of the pack. I said them to recheck my bill and do a reversal but they denied saying it's right. How customer will get to know the rules? It's vodafone's job to say and give all the informations.
