Dear Sir,
I am getting wrong bill every month from vaodafone. I am using 03 corporate number. Vodafone sending wrong bill from january 2015 and still continuing.After so many reminder, They are not giving any satisfactory reply for my complaints for wrong bill generation due to CUG charges.I am facing the same problem from january but they are not taking it seriously.My numbers are: [protected], [protected] and [protected].
I called their customer care 40-50 times from january to present date and visited their local outlet but nobody giving positive response. Everybody said, send mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and i am not getting positive feedback from corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com.
Now i am very fedup with vodafone. I have already sent so many complaint from january, visited local outlet 04 times and called to customer care 40-50 times. This is height of mentally torcher.
