Dear All, I spite of my repeated reminders the WWE zone pack deductions are applicable. I was assured earlier by a customer care executive that the issue would be fixed. However the issue still persist & unauthorized way to deduct balance from my account. If I don't get the refund I would have to port my number to airtel & also file a complaint with consumer court.
