I have recently changed my postpaid numbers to prepaid. After transition when i try to recharge my account using top up coupons it shows the face value message and couldn't able to connect using 198 to customer service executive its saying not able to process now.
Now i'm dissatisfied as i couldn't even use my sim card after transition.
I have done multiple recharges and lost my money it didn't even reflected on my account balance Was this information helpful? |
