[Resolved] Vodafone India — Yours cards face value is greater than session limit | |||||
As i was not satisfied with vodafone postpaid connection.i reverted back to prepaid but with the same mobile number which postpaid has. And i activated my prepaid sim by easy recharge.and when i try to recharge with 30rs ..i didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit" . what does this mean ?? PS : I switched off and on ... i removed the sim and inserted .. i have tried all this ... Give proper resolution to customer's ... Customer people will say one thing and when i go to any vodafone store they will tell another thing ... and when both are working for vodafone .. how come customer people have diff.set of resolutions and you people have diff.set of resolutions.
