Vodafone — Internet 3G connection problem | |||||
Myself Parul. I am user of Vodafone Prepaid Connection. I used to recharge my internet with 3G plan. They charge Rs. 297 for 1.25GB 3G Internet but the speed of internet is worst than 2G. I had complaint them about this problem many times, or even I should say since 1-1.5yrs but they dont have any solution of it. And at last they use to say Vodafone-HAPPY TO HELP! They are not helping me out. They are charging highly for that service which they cannot provide. There wording was "we have identified that an immediate improvement in indoor coverage would not be possible. Am I supposed to stand out all the time to catch the network?
