My mother just received bill for sep-oct 2017. Vodafone has charged 1200 for dialing 51717 for speaking for more than 90. Mins.. On top of that they stopped her outgoing facility. I don't know what to do. But i will raise my voice against it. I didn't know about this fraud case. I jst googled by 51717 and automatically find same complains of many people. This is a definitely fraud case.
