Vodafone — It just feel that i'm paying Debts to Vodafone.

HI All, I'm totally exhausted and tired by the unsatisfied and waste service of Vodafone. I completely agreed with "Happy to help you" is just a Tag line and no one is bother to help you. There were regular deductions for my number([protected]) for various services activation on which i never subscribed or have any clue how it happened, The only thing i know is that every day or two i get messages for Balance deductions. This is happening from around last 3 Months(From March) Customers first point of contact : Customer Care Officers Initially I call customer care on this issue on this, I explained my concern and they informed me that they have placed a request for deactivating the service and also placed refund request for my deducted amount which is around 25 rupees and i received the amount after 3-4 hours. But very next day again my balance got deducted for some other service activation on which i have no idea, how i got activated. On this when i tried to contact Customer Care(CC) i'm unable to connect them later when i went to Vodafone store i came to know that my number is in block list for excess calls to CC and i can't contact customer care. ...! First of all i want you all to make you realize and understand that Vodafone customer care is not my wife or Girlfriend to keep on calling them or disturbing them nor i'm earning money by calling them. When you don't want help on-line then better stop on call customer service and even i'm sorry to say such a big brand VODAFONE doesn't even have proper Customer Care Executes who can understand and address the issue/problem. You stupid people please try to understand when a customer is calling you by paying you its just for a problem or concern not for any personal use. I don't have time to call you guys and make you disturb. My second point of contact: Vodafone Store. I visited Vodafone store(Somajiguda, Hyderabad) on this issue but unable to get desired or expected result. I approached Nodal officer(Srinivas) at Varun Towers, Begumpet, Hyderabad. I brief him all the incidents which happened and he was apologized and refund 62 rupees and deactivated my flash services and guarantee that going further there won't be any deductions, but very next day SHOCKING news again my balance got deducted. I call CC and requested for DND and refund CC Executive placed a request for DND and refund and i got refunded after 3-4 hours. But again and again like days are passing my deductions are also goes on... for some various services or packs which i have no clue. I'm just fed up with all and can't trust on any one any more. It just feel that i'm paying Debts to Vodafone. I'm just looking for portability but before that i want all my amount to be refund and i also want to SUE Vodafone for all tension and pressure which they cause to me. I want any Manager/Lead to address this issue ASAP and explained with details on each and every deduction. Ultimately this all leads to loosing customer with dissatisfaction which directly effect your so called brand VODAFONE. -- Regards, Khaja Najmuddin Mohammed. [protected]
