I am Arunabha Sarkar having a Vodafone no. [protected]. My number got activated with a plan BC 45 without my knowledge & when I tried to call the Vodafone customer care Kolkata circle, firstly they disconnected it. On trying to call them second time a representive (Uttam Mukherjee) spoke and could not solve the issue. So, he transfered the call to his senior Monojit Roy. Mr Monojit Roy was very agitated and agressive in his tone. He continously repeated that it was my fault. He told me i have somehow activated the plan. But i never did it and not received the confirmation message also of this plan from vodafone. When I felt bad and asked him 'Am I fool' to activate such plan. Then he replied 'Yes'. That is not at all accepted from such a giant and renowned telecom company Vodafone. I don't understand why Vodafone hires such illeterate people for their customer support.
Note: Vodafone I thought I was a privileged customer of your company. But, I was wrong. I recharge my number atleast with Rs.1000 per month. But, I guess I have to change my network using MNP.
Please, do the needful.
