[Resolved] Vodafone Ltd — Wrong and ingenious bill--dis my number from last three month | |||
Dear Concern, Vodafone numbers [protected]. • Local number of my brother ( [protected] ) for which I have been charged as per ISD charges of messages. This happens to me second time one in Jan and another is in Feb month. Customer care informed me that due to double zero before number make it ISD however I never use double zero. Something is wrong with your system kindly check and revert incorrect deductions. • And also incorrectly charge in the month of Feb for Internet download whereas I am not using any paid application. Same was discussed with Deepa (Nodal Officer) in the month Dec 2013 and confirmed by her that these charges will not be coming in my bill in future and reverted me Rs.350 which was wrongly deducted in dec bill. However I was wrongly charged by Vodafone services . Kindly assist me and get my bill collected. I m not getting any positive response from Vodafone Team as I m follow with since long time. And Indented resolve my issue Vodafone people block my Mail Id ([protected]@gmail.com).PFA mail for your reference. Request you to kindly need your intervene. Vodafone Ltd — disconnection of mobile phone service without prior notice
I am Gunjan Bhattacharya, I was previously working with Claris Lifesciences and was using vodaphone cug sim card provided by the company. On 27th January I resigned from the job and suddenly without any prior notice or message vodaphone disconnected by phone services. On asking on the same vodaphone executive said that the company said them to close the account.and now they are continuously threatening me on bill payments.
My questions is why didn't they informed me in advance about disconnection of mobile services isn't it their due to inform 24 hours before the disconnection.
Please help me with the same
