Vodafone — Migration postpaid to prepaid

I requested to migrate my phone number [protected] from postpaid to pre paid due to wrongly generated bill I complaint about the same with the customer care either they are not replied ot they said that system up gradation is going on and we are unable to provide any detail to you. My current bill is Rs.414 and I am ready to pay the amount, Accounting to the customer care executive we need to visit the store and try to clear the bill they said that we need to for full and final bill generation, I clearly told that I am not going to paid the extra amount as I am not using the services and sim is out of services. Immediately the do something in the system and resume the service though I do not want to use the postpaid services. Now services is enable without bill payment and they are tried to make the another bill for the next which I would not like to pay so kindly stop the services immediately and migrate my phone number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.
