Pls help as i am using vodafone no.([protected]) since last 08 years and never face any kind of tension but two month back i was planing to switched off to other operator due to connectivity and tariff plan, One of vodafone customer executive called me and assured me network problem will be resolve within 7 days and currently my plan was updated by giving me 1GB data extra on my current plan.
Recently i got bill that was more than Rs 1000, when called vodafone customer care they told me my internet pack was deactivated,
I was really shocked to hear this news that my net pack was deactivated without informed me, I want action about that executive and pls rectify my current bill.
