My worst experience began with Vodafone when I change my Pre-paid no.
[protected] to Post paid on 4 December 2015. I am Vodafone phone
customer since 10 yrs & I was very happy by using your prepaid
service. I was submitted all my documents to Mini store at Hyalij
International, Shop no. 5, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai. After
submission of all my documents my no. was Suspended 7 times within a
month ( Network not registered ) . Also I got SMS regarding my Bill
yesterday. My outgoing/incoming service disconnected for 16 days in
a month & due to this poor service I was lost almost Rs. 5 lacs as my
business is related with real estate.
Because of such problem I have visited to different different
Vodafone Centres ( at Mahim, Andheri, Tilak nagar) every time and
they solved my problem temporary. Also they told me that it’s delar
issue. Today I went to mini store at Hyalij International, Shop no.
5, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai, but very much disappointed. (
Vodafone Staff is not available from morning till evening ) The owner
is not bothered about my problem.
I think you would be concerned and take the immediate actions against
Mini store at Hyalij International, Shop no. 5, Tilak Nagar, Chembur,
Mumbai.
