Vodafone — Mislead services and unprofessional behaviour of customer care executive

Services like datapacks were as shown in the attached picture but services enabled by the company were different, which leaded to loss of money and time.
As per their instructions, i contacted to their respective customer agent but instead of comfprting me with solving the problem, he quarreled with me.
