Vodafone — Misleading customer by claiming wrong information | |||
Today at about 10.45 am I have done two recharges ( circle - assam, ph.[protected]) through online on www.vodafone.in . one of them was for talk time Rs 150 which was recharged as it claimed. But for another recharge which I have done was net pack of Rs 155 which claimed 1 gb net pack for 28 days . but after recharge only 20 days validity is given. I have given th attachment of both their sites information and my message received from vodafone after recharge. Was this information helpful? | |||
