Vodafone — Mistaken Recharge Request to Reverse or Transfer

Kindly find the attached file.
I would like to bring to your attention that I accidentally recharged a wrong mobile number today. I had intended to recharge my number: [protected], but I mistakenly recharged [protected] instead.

Details of the transaction:

✅ Wrong Number Recharged: [protected]

✅ Correct Number (intended): [protected]

✅ Recharge Date:[protected]

✅ Recharge Amount: 380+49=429

✅ Number of Recharges: 2 (two wrong)

✅ Payment Method: UPI

✅ Transaction ID / Reference Number: For 49 --[protected]
For 380--[protected]

I kindly request you to either reverse the mistaken recharge or transfer the recharge amount to the correct number.

I understand this was my mistake, but I hope you can help resolve it as a one-time exception. Please let me know if any additional information is needed.
