[Resolved]  Vodafone — Refund did not received for cancelled order of VI Sim from VI (Vodafone Idea)

Dear Vi Customer Care,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the refund for my cancelled Vi SIM order (Order ID: DCHD PROTECTED). I ordered a new Vi SIM on 01 June 2026 and paid ₹365 online. Later, I decided not to proceed with the connection and requested cancellation of the order. On 03 June 2026, I received an email confirmation from Vi stating that the SIM order had been cancelled and that the refund would be credited to my original payment source within 7–10 working days. However, despite waiting beyond the mentioned timeframe, I have not yet received the refund amount in my bank account. I kindly request you to check the status of my refund, provide the refund reference number if available, and ensure that the pending refund is processed at the earliest. I have attached the payment transaction details and the cancellation confirmation email for your reference. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
