Dear sir, My name is girisha.n, My contact numbers are [protected]. [protected] I think i m your best castomer from 3years. I would like u inform my problem, I had too much of problem from you vodafone service. Like unknown value added service activated with out information. I already informed from 3months about this to vodafone costomer care. But no use frm their. So i paid too much of mobile bill amount. This month also I got these problem like international sms charges, dowloading charges and app activated charge etc...and i didnt use when those actived. so every month i cant spent above1000Rs for pay these kind of charges. This charges add from whn i got internet facility. So i would like to portable other company or disconnect vodafone sim. I[censored] solve this problem i ll continue in vodafone. And i request to you i wont pay this month bill amount above 400. Bcz i m not responsible for this extra charges.
