We have a postpaid family plan of 3 members account number[protected] . The group plan we opted for is Rs 999. For the billing period from 28 May 22 to 27 Jun 22 they have put extra charges of Rs 1231 for the call made on a special number 55555.
No such call is made on this number. This is my father in law number who is 82 years old and customer care is saying that he spoke 3 times on this number for 116 min 40 seconds. Customer care is not telling whose number is this and asked us to do google search.
We have not made calls in this number. Please reverse these charges for timely payment
