Vodafone Mobile — Deduction of balance | |||
Today morning at 10:01am I use internet for 30_40seconds in ways app msg.there was no any audio video or image download except 5-6 single line msg.my deduction was 29rs.I called 198 to get information abt deduction.then they told me to wait for 4hrs to get data.I called them again by no satisfactory answer I got.they told me abt data used bt not where.then they send me to visit Vodafone store.I went there and ppl who were in store clearly told me st they will nt hv information about use of data.they told me only abt amount of data used.bt I didn't use internet for such amount of data they informed.dn again I called 198.again they were nt ready to tell me where data was used..nw I hv all their conversation with me.I was justification for my deduction.
