[Resolved] Vodafone — Mobile Network issue | |
Hi Team,
I am facing issue mobile n/w[Fluctuating n/w ] and there is no internet connectivity also both 2G/3G at my home. regarding this i have raised the complaint on 8 th May. and there is another complaint rasied on 16 May 2015 with number [protected]. but still issue does not get resolved.Every day i am calling customer care and they are telling issue will be resolved ASAP since last 12 days.
There is another complaint with number[protected]. according to this issue should get resolve by 02.06.2015 but issue is still outstanding.
Why issue is not getting resolved till date?
Is this the way vodafone responds to its users?
If vodafone not able to provide the service why issuing the SIMS? Was this information helpful? | |
