Vodafone Mobile Services Limited — Bogus and misleading offers in my vodafone app and unresponsive customer care | |||||
My name is pradeep and i am using vodafone for past one year. My no is 9585xxxx50. On 24.07.2016 while recharging for talktime using myvodafone app. I noticed an full talktime offer. Ie a fulltalktime of rs 255/- for an amount of rs.225 only. Believing that i just went for it. I got an message that your extra benefit will be activated in two hours. Thinking that the recharge has failed i recharged for rs 230 ftt. After that to my surprise my existing 3g pack got deactivated and an unlimited 2g pack for rs 225 got activated. Unable to realise what went wrong. I contacted their customer care and even sent them the snapshots of the misleading offers in their app to their mail id vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com. Even after i didn't get a proper response. After numerous and frustrating phone calls to their customer care. They were not ready to revert the false recharge offer of rs 225 to my account or activate my previous 3g pack with a data balance of 1.81gb valid for another 20 days and most of all they are not registering my complaint at all. Out of deep frustration and disbelief over the vodafone services i am registering my complaint to this forumn I have attached snapshots of my previous recharge and their misleading offers waiting to trick others for your perusal Was this information helpful? | |||||
