Vodafone — Money deducted for the service not requested for my Vodafone Idea prepaid mobile number.

I have not requested any caller tune service activation.
On 26.12.20, I received an sms stating Rs 99 is deducted from my account and the caller tune service is activated. The sms is received from their service number 54300.
Without my request why is money cut ? who authorized that ?
I want my money back and compensation also for this trouble.
