[Resolved] Vodafone — Money deducted without consent of confirmation | |
Hi, Recently, my vodafone balance is deducted mistakenly through flash message from my account about which i was not aware. Yesterday, I checked my balance and came to know that balance is deducted so I have complained in customer service and they are telling me that I am not eligible for refund. Aug 14, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 02, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
