[Resolved] Vodafone — Money not refunded | |||
To activate international roaming I recharged my mobile no [protected] with INR-1684. The amount INR-1684 deducted but international roaming not activated in my mobile phone.As per Vodafone website, if one need international roaming, then have to recharge with INR-1684. To get international roaming I recharged my mobile through online Internet banking on dated 29/03/14. Instead several request Vodafone neither activated international roaming nor refunded my money. I recharged my mob no [protected] with INR 673 on dated 28th March 2014. I done the recharge my e-TOP to activate international roaming. Vodafone not provided me international roaming, moreover harass me.I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
