[Resolved] Vodafone Mumbai — Poor Customer Care | |||
I haven`t used my 3G dongle (no [protected]) for a few months and recharged it on Dec 6th. When I tried to connect to internet it is giving the message "Service Not Activated". I called the customer care who suggested to visit the vodafone store. The executive in vodafone store told me to recharge with 10/- in order for it to work. As I still couldn't use my dongle, I wrote Nodal officer in mumbai. They called me and told that since recharge is successful and connection is not active it is problem with the SIM and told me to take new SIM. I visited the vodafone store again and bought a SIM by spending additional 30/-. Still my dongle didn't work. When I again wrote to Nodal, they responded today(after 4 days) saying that my service is deactivated as i didn't use dongle for 3 months. Why they couldn't tell me this thing and correct the problem when I contacted the vodafone care/store for the 1st time? Now when I asked them to increase the validity that is lost while running around vodafone customer care and reimburse extra money spent on useless trials they suggested they are replying that "they regret that they cannot do that now". This clearly shows vodafone customer care is not trustworthy or reliable. Was this information helpful? | |||
