[Resolved] Vodafone — My number given to someone with else without my permission | |||
My number [protected], because of wrong PUK given by vodafone got blocked. They told me to go to vodafone store and ask for replacement sim card. I went to vodafone store and they said you are not the account holder. it is some SMITA PATKARE. Well I dont know who she is. And I was using this number since last 8-9 months and they are saying that it is active only since last 3 months which is not true. My name is NITESH JAGWANI and I was always the account holder hence I should be the one now as well. It stopped working because of sim card getting locked because of wrong PUK provided by them. And online chat on vodafone they say that you were not using it since last 3 months well thats so funny. Was this information helpful? | |||
