Vodafone — Negative balance | |
Hello, I am unable to send text messages from my vodafone number. I raised complaint many times but every, i was asked to check in 24 hrs but problem did not resolved Yesterday, again i raised the issue and got a call from them telling i have a negative balance of Rs 292 . I do not understand how in a prepaid number there can b a negative balance. When asked for history, i was told by customer care that they can provide as they do not have it.
