Vodafone — Negligence of agents/csr regarding update on a delayed postpaid connection | |||
I applied for postpaid conversion of my current Vodafone prepaid number. After giving my confirmation on postpaid conversion, they gave me postpaid sim card on 14 Jan. Since then no contact has been made to me regarding connection and no one is picking call for my clarification. PATHETIC, PUNY and LAMENTABLE service. Request other people to go for any other network provider if you believe in Customer Satisfaction!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
