I am facing Internet speed issue and I am chasing the our team from almost 5-6 days and I didnt get any resolution till now.
I have called your support team on 11th of Sep and they have provided me the dates for 16th of Sep but nothing has been received till now and over this I have visited your Vodafone Store 4 times in Sector 18 Noida and no resolution has been provided till now.
Every time I visited the Sector 18 Vodafone store and asked for the Store Manager Amit Sharma, and the response which I get from the team is he is not available in the office premises, he is out for lunch, timing for visiting the store (12:30 pm, 2 pm, 4:30 pm, 3 pm) as I have been there 4 times.
They also changed my Sim, and told me it will be resolved but nothing happened.
Now there is some guy named Deepak - he just told me it cant be resolved from our end, wait till 16th Sep and told me everything is working fine, its because of network issue so Network team will resolve we cant do anything.
Some girl named Shweta Puri, I asked her for the resolution - she told me we cant do anything - we have one more store in sector 18, go there and tell your issues to them, so it can be sorted - Is it a joke or she is out of mind.
Is this the way you treat your customer's, your team in this store has a bunch of bad people and illiterates who cant help the customers and dont have a way to treat customers.
I am paying INR[protected] every month and I am not going to pay anything unless the issues is resolved.
nothing happened even after chasing alot, everytime I talk to them I get time slot of 5-7 days.
