Vodafone — no mobile voice signal from vodafone for 6 months | |||||
Nameste, I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone Gujarat for over 8 years and enjoyed the services until I moved into Palsana, Surat in January 2018. I have had no Mobile Voice Service for 6 months now and made at least 10 complaints via email and on their Vodafone website. My complaints were met with a standard response that there is good network in my area. So why is it that my family and friends cannot get through to me at my home nor can I make any calls for the past 6 months? The signal is zero and zero bars yet I have been paying the monthly prepaid recharge but not getting any service. All I want is a Vodafone Tower nearby or something Vodafone can do to enable to make calls to my family and friends from home. Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||||
