I have been complaining for better part of. The month and I haven't received any resolution for my complaint.
I have received messages where they outrightly claim that they can't help me on this issue.
I am having bad network coverage for more than a month and this is bad to such an extent that I can't surf internet, I can't call people at one go.it takes me 3-4 tries to place a call to someone.
My complaints have not been resolved .so I seek a refund of the recharge that I had put in because they couldn't provide me the services promised by them
