I was told anytime i can convert my postpaid to prepaid in case i did not like the services of postpaid and take my security back without any condition. After some days o[censored]sing postpaid connection i was not given the benefit of free calling and when i intimated my issue to vodafone customer care they denied and told me that free calling services is not commited to you and tried to proove me wrong. team is also not refunding my Rs 250 until i use the connection for 180 days which was not informed me at the time of applying connection...
