Vodafone — No/poor network in ivy estate, wagholi | |||||
Hi, Since 12th Dec, 2015, Saturday I have been facing network issue in IVY Estate Wagholi. I am unable to make or receive calls with no access of mobile net. Till Friday the network was very strong and fast. It is not the problem with either phone or sim card as it works perfectly fine outside Wagholi. This has impacted my job, for I have to cover the US shift wherein I need to attend lot of conference calls. I raised a complaint with the customer care on 15th December, 2016 requesting them to look into this issue on top priority. However, till today I have not received any response from Vodafone. In turn I have been calling them on 198 and checking on the status. Unfortunately I get the standard statement that they are looking into the issue. Please refer to ticket #[protected].
