[Resolved]  Vodafone — not activating International Roaming

I have been using their no.([protected]) for more than 2 years, I m using corporate plan, but recently my company sent me Doha(Qatar) for project purpose. I will be here for 3 months. I have been chasing them since 7th June for the activation of International Roaming and I also completed their all the formalities like submission of security deposit etc. But now they are telling me that I have to visit personally to Vodafone store with my Identity proof and address proof, now how can I visit to Vodafone store if I am not in India. Apart from this they are taking 2 to 3 days to respond for every mail and mostly their mails are computer generated. Their service is too poor and due to this I am suffering a lot and the biggest problem is that I cannot do any bank transaction because on Internet Banking i had given this no.
