I have taken a free of Cost Dongle in special plan Rs 600/- @ 3GB 3G post unlimited plan allotted mobile number [protected] on dated 26.02.2015. Now I am not getting 3G speed at all & also not able to use the dongle for that. So please look into this matter in priority basis & resolve the issue as early as possible .Now I am also not getting 2G speed & my dongle is 100% useless.
Still I have not got any solution from your side. This is quite hopeless & pathetic service I have ever experienced. As a professional like Vodafone how can you do this kind of negligence towards your corporate customer. This is not at all excepted & also not appreciated.
I am once again request you to look into this matter in priority basis & resolve the issue as early as possible .
