Vodafone — Number suspended | |
Sir I am a valuable customer of Vodafone for last 8 years...but the experience after having post paid number is pathetic I have raised complaint for feb-march 16 bill and in the month of May after adding 3 months rental for post paid connectio, vodafone suspended my number without even intimating me. I have gone international in the month of feb16 and after returning back..got the bill for using data international for rs 4000 approx I have complained for not using data services but no feedback from Vodafone. From then onwards my outgoing service was suspended without giving me any intimation. In the month of May. .had a chat with Vodafone executive shantanu for waiver of charges..After 2 hours of arguments..He agreed to waive and asked me to pay rs 3200 as final settlement, he told me to pay final amount against the waived bill to be sent at my mail I'd. .against which I have to pay..and my no will be activated again for outgoing But till date no such mail received and my no was suspended from last 8 days without intimating me again. It was just intolerable for me now to bear this issue anymore. Was this information helpful? | |
