Vodafone — og services barred for my 8 numbers

I always thought that vodafone is one of the best service providers, but realised that is the worst than any operator in mumbai.

Today is the 5th day and my 6 number o/g is still barred in spite of paying up before due date and informing mnp payment team.

1. No one knows who their senior's are - in fact they inform that no one is available, not even the nodal officer mumbai or appellate authority mumbai... They are the only people authorized to resolve my problem which is a petty issue and a simple outgoing barred case, but no one can do anything to expedite or even resolve with tat. People in nodal don't bother to call back and same is with appellate desk. Sushmita and ankit are the final authority at appellate, but they cannot activate simple og barred even if the payment is done before the due date. At nodal desk, they don't know that airtel too has a nodal desk and if need be they can mark mail to nodal officer and check whether airtel has received the payment or no. But no one seems to be cooperative even after 5 days of og barred horribleexperience!!!

My experience is as follows —
1. I got reminder to pay up my old operator due, therefore i sent my personal to pay up by chq for my 8 lines to airtel.

2. Airtel said that they cannot accept chq for deactivated account so pay cash, 13/10/18 we sent cash but the cash code was not reflecting on most of my deactivated numbers so they suggested to pay by cc. So on 17/10/18 i paid by cc for 8 lines and checked the airtel system was updated and simultaneously marked a mail with receipt nos to know payment team on 17/10/18 noon

3. From here my agony starts! — inspite of marking mail, nobody checked and my og services for 8 nos got barred. I called up customer care on 18zh evening, mahesh bedekar is the only shift supervisor beyond which we cannot speak. He understands btbe case but does not know whom to contact in mnp team. So he tells me to mark a mail to mnp team again, instead of following up with them to activate my numbers.

4. After 2 days of mailed marked i again sent a mail to nodal desk on saturday morning and spoke to mitali. She helped by activating 2 nos, and told me that she will get the lines working and call bk by afternoon. - 6 lines still barred and no call back.

5. Now we waited till monday (Today) ; morning i spoke to sushmita, she saw my mail marked and confirmed that she will speak to mnp team and call bk before noon and told me with take 2 hours to activate og... To my surprise even at appellate, people have no credibility. Nor did she call n update me if she wants anything more from a my end nor og started.

6. Finally i called up in afternoon, spoke to ankit, he say he got a message from sushmita to ask for original receipt copy only then they can activate. If this was the case, mitali and sushmita should have informed me earlier. Not even customer care informed me. All kept repeating, forward mail to mnp team with receipt details. I had marked mail with all details and receipt numbers mentioned against each number.

7. Finally after lot of arguments with ankit, i called up airtel and got the receipt copy of my payment within 10 minutes and sent to vodafone over the mail. I called up appellate once again and spoke to another executive, explained him everything all over again, and confirmed whether now they have got receipts or no. After thier confirmation, and assurance of my 6 numbers will start in 4 hours... Now that again i'm marking a mail to inform you proves it all.

I don't understand how come once a exemplary service provider can turn in to parrot service provider, nobody want to take an extra mile, no body want to call up their internal departments, nobody has contact number s of their colleagues to confirm or activate, nobody gives name of customer care head, when asked for appellate they say he is not available..... Horrendous service.

I hope customer care head is oversee my case and not hear only the employee version which does not say anything beyond — that's our policy"

I don't know what to expect now... And leave it to vodafone gods to work efficiently.
