[Resolved]  Vodafone — Online Transaction Failed

I did two recharges on the 28th of April, it has been ten days. Your policy clearly says that money will be refunded within 7 days. I am still waiting for the same. Order details are attached below. There were two recharges: [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Order ID : o[protected] Payment Transaction ID: MSBI[protected] Date &time of order : 28 Apr, 2014 01:37:26 Order Amount : Rs. 200.0/- Only order details: Online Recharge Name: Talktime 200 MSISDN: [protected] Amount: 200.0 eTopUpStatus: FAILED [protected][protected][protected][protected] Order ID : o[protected] Payment Transaction ID: MSMP[protected] Date & time of order : 28 Apr, 2014 01:16:35 Order Amount : Rs. 200.0/- Only order details: Online Recharge Name: Talktime 200 MSISDN: [protected] Amount: 200.0 eTopUpStatus: FAILED [protected] Still waiting for response. This is not expected of a big company like Vodafone. Disappointing. Very Dissapointing.
