[Resolved] Vodafone — Outgoing calls of vodafone mobile no.[protected] disconnected on dt.[protected] | |
I have vodafone postpaid con.no.[protected] with 200MB/month free plan.I received overcharged Ist bill of vodafone, which is corrected by vodafone store on dt.11-6-15.Then two days before a call came from vodafone saying that your approx.Rs.1115 limit is over and today i.e.[protected] at 9.00a.m. outgoing call of vodafone was disconnected.When I just now at 6.40 p.m.visited vodafone store and complained about excess bill and to restore my vodafone connection.He corrected in their system and told me that your connection will be restore within two days.I am now without outgoing call, eventhough it is not my mistake.Vodafone repeatedly raised excess bill and I have to rush to vodafone store with lot of tension.I want my outgoing call to be restore immediately.Also assurance from vodafone that next time I receive correct bill .I want to know that is there any rule in vodafone that no any customer care executive should allow to correct bill of customer in customer bill copy?.Because customer care executive rudely say me everytime that you have to pay full bill.Is it customer care?Customer= kasht se mare vo Was this information helpful? | |
