[Resolved]  Vodafone — Outgoing sms blocked

From Yesterday my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for Outgoing SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .
Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

My vodafone number ([protected]) outgoing SMS as been blocked for past one month, i just send birthday wish after 12 am, i made my complain to customer care and vodafone care center but no response, pls solve my problem as soon as possible .

Hi, im ARAVINDHAN, From morning my vodafone number [protected] was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Everyday i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.I asked in 198, they said first update your ID proof in nearest vodafone store then we will resolve your problem.then i asked in vodafone store in vellore(opp to saravanan bhavan hotel, cmc road) with my valid ID proof.they replied you used your number for marketing purpose, so give a request letter then only we resolve your issue.why should i request to you??this is my number i will paid for this...
show me a proof for what type of marketing used in this number then i will request to you...

my messages are blocked till 15 days ago, i did not send any bulk messages to anyone, i m contacted to customer care they are not responding, messages are blocked so plz un block my messages as soon as possibe.
