A message from very very frustrated customer,
Myself Ashok Kandalkar and my Vodafone number is [protected], I have so many issues with Vodafone service which I received within last 4 - 5 months
1) Basic International roaming services -
within last 4 months I went overseas 3 times and every time before going there I activate "Basic international roaming services" but surprisingly every time it didn't work and every time when I returned back I bring this issue with Nodal officer and Appellate officer, each time they ensure me that next time I won't face this issue but every time I face same issue,
it's only last time after following over the email from overseas location for not able to get the network after one week they resolve this issue.
no matter in which situation you are they takes their standard time to reply over the emails which is 2 days (need to mention - working days)
2) Every time after returning back from overseas faced issues of no network (even though I switch off my handset many times to update the location, removed sim card & put back but all these tricks didn't work ) after 4 ~ 5 hours followup with customer care executives from another alternate number it worked
3) Every time after returning back from overseas faced issues with internet not working even though network is working, for this issue also had follow up with Nodal officer for more than 2 days and after that this services resumed
the way nodal officers (Mr. Sandip, Ms.Sonali) and Appellate officers (Ms. Harini and Mr. Ankit) handles all these issues are very irresponsibly, they blindly commit that the issue will get resolve by within 1 or 2 days, will arrange call back, will send email to update on this, someone from technical department will call me
but no one calls back and have to call them again to get the updates on the issues.
if customer is getting so irresponsible response from Nodal officers and Appellate officers where should customer goes.
(I have tried so many times to reach to Appellate officers on the number[protected] on 23rd & 24th December 2013 but no one answer the phone )
very very frustrated with Vodafone services and finally decided to switch to other network, no point to stick to such service provider who doesn't value it's customers.
