I have been coordinating with my Relationship Manager V. Sini (mobile no: [protected]) since the past two months on the waiver of the data cahrges on my mobile and she has waived 35 percent of the data charges on my bill. This has been going on since the past two months and till date Vodafone tells me that I owe them the full amount. They are just not aware of any waiver on the data charges.
I have sent all attachments to Vodafone which would give a clear
picture on a small issue which is not so difficult to close but has been
dragging for months now and why I have approached you.
I would be grateful if you could really look into this as I
have been harassed and internet and phone disconnected inspite of telling Vodafone that I
will pay them the amount.
Would be really grateful if you could sort this asap as I am now fed up of Vodafone.
