Hi Vodafone Team,
Being your DIAMOND customer, I have been using your services since last 5 years & have not faced any issues so far. But recently I have been facing an issue & very disappointed with the response.
Recently I took 3 new connections from Vodafone representative, out of which 2 numbers have been ported from IDEA & AIRTEL & 1 is new number. Rs. 499 BIRD corporate Plan has been activated on all the numbers.
I had received 1st bill for all the numbers & it is very disappointing to say that generated bills were incorrect.
I am using, [protected] on Rs.499 Plan. When I contacted Vodafone store, I was told that plans on all 3 numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) are same which is Rs.499 however benefits are different from the number I use ([protected]).
I was told that the plan includes, 1.5 GB 3G data post that unlimited 2G 64KB/mbps, 2000 local Minutes, 1000SMS but didn’t get the same.
Attached our company corporate plan brochure, Look 499 plan benefits & Once look in my all no plan what you guys has activated .
I have registered a complaint against incorrect bill. Complaint no- SR#[protected] & SR#[protected]. Please check the same on top priority.
