[Resolved] Vodafone — Poor Customer Grievance addressal | |||
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer response team of vodafone. This is pertaining my account [protected]. I have been given wrong bills continuously by VODAFONE for last 3 months. And it is mainly their data usage calculation which is a concern. VODAFONE simply wants to suck every penny from customers in the name of 3G data charges because most often it is not tracked by the customer directly. so they sent me wrong bills. Through constant follow up with nodal teams, i was able to get reversal on previous occasion but this time they went overboard. Sent me a hugely inflated bill. I had high credit limit. so got the liberty to over bill me. clearly I refused to pay the amount till the bill was corrected. I sent several mails but did not get any satisfactory response from them. Instead my connection was abruptly discontinued. Since this was the only no. I was having I faced a lot of trouble for few days. Then I got AIRTEL no and have been happy since then. The customer team is hounding me for payment on my mail ID, since luckily i did not share my new no. with them. I have absolutely lost trust in vodafone. had been a customer of Vodafone since BPL HUTCH days. BUT This new team is apparently greedy, non-transparent.It is very disappointed for a POST Paid customer. I think it was due for some time now that I try out other subscriber. As they say, every cloud has a silver lining. AIRTEL is great. I hope guys you avoid vodafone terrible services and save yourself from the agony of being hounded by them inspite of being a priviliged customer. I have also raised with issue with consumer court. VERY POOR.
Your billed 1700 extra then reversed it in september. You billed retrospectively in Aug and then reversed again. In October also same.
Co.over-billed 3G charg to high credit limit customer coz its hardly tracked, then you harass customer.I no longer care.

And then you did same thing in Oct.This is a trend for the Company. The Company over-bills the 3G charges to high credit limit customers because it is hardly tracked and then you bully the customer.
I no longer care. This piece was written solely to gullible customers to AVOID VODAFONE.
