The phone always shows 4g and full range but the speed is so poor that it doesn't run even the most basic apps!!
Vodafone has a whatsapp help service which is only a user manual and does not help at all.
It finally provides a number 199 for consumer complaints which is an invalid number!!
Stores are shut due to the lockdown and hence there is absolutely no way one can get the issue resolved.
