I have been trying out to port out from Vodafone and twice my request has been rejected without any specific reason.
For the first time i was been told that i am having un-billed amount for which due date was next month, though they never intimated me that I need to pay the bill before it.
Second time on next day i paid my bill and requested for porting again and it was been rejected again and the reason was told to me that there is an outstanding amount, it is showing 0 to me. As per customer care i need to calculate my monthly rental and pay it how this process works, how can i keep real time check on the bill.
They are just trying to irritate the customer i need to loge a case against vodafone as they have been pushing me not to port out by rejecting it again and again. Was this information helpful? |
