[Resolved] Vodafone — Postpaid Bill Complaint | |
I got 2 Vodafone numbers.[protected]Primary number) and another is the secondary number. Both activated with 399 RED plan. Later as per executive guide I did those converted to family plan. In this plan I have to pay 399 for the Primary number and 199 to the secondary number. Plan was converted but the Secondary phone number conversion has not done properly. So, I was getting 399 + 399 + taxes every month though it was not my fault. After checking my billing history I came to know that I was pay more. When I talk to Customer Care they said now we have converted and going forward I will get proper bill. So who is responsible for the billing when I asked no answer. When I say I need refund no response. This is how as a customer I got cheated. I am raising a complain here to have a refund from Vodafone India. Was this information helpful? | |
