[Resolved] Vodafone — Postpaid Bill dispute | |||
Hi, I am having a Vodafone Post paid connection [protected]. I found a dispute in April 2014 bill and I raised the concern through Vodafone store and through Customer care by calling 111 but the issue is not resolved. Issue : I am having the plan of Rs.299 which gives me 600 minutes Local free, but Vodafone started charging me from 500 minutes. Whenever I raise a concern, I don't get a response or issue resolve from Vodafone. I have attached an image. Please calculate the Local call Duration from 25.03.2014 till 16.04.2014. The total will come as 492 minutes whereas the charging of calls should start after 600 minutes. Vodafone Customer Care don't listen to my issues instead of that they try to convince me that I am calculating it wrong. I think by this way Vodafone cheats the people.
