Vodafone — Postpaid bill paid and request to cancel but not do

My Name is Rajiv. That postpaid number is [protected]. I am not used this number. I bought for my friend. He cheated me. For Oct and Nov 2021 bill generated. in Vodafone threatened me to pay by filling complaint and all. I have paid Rs.500 instead of 800 bill amount. I told them to cancel that number. but They still not cancel my number and again billed the amount of Rs.1950 for last 3 months i..e jan to apr 2022 . I am helpless. this number is not used from oct 2021. but they putting a bill amount. what to do. this is mistake of the employee from VI. I am not responsible for that. But they threatening me to pay again. Please help me to come out of it.

Updated by rajivcse I have talked with that concern person who I told to cancel the number she also not responding correctly. What to do the next. Her number also mentioned below.

Employees who spoke with me are not taking any responsibility for this issue. I think management is not good now the time. All giving answer as your wish and allowed as to change the network
